Choose the payment method that works best for you. Payment options and any applicable processing fees are shown before you submit.

Prefer to mail a check?

Send payments to the association lockbox.

Make checks payable to your association, not Utah HOA Management. Include the account number from your statement or payment coupon so the payment can be credited properly.

  • Make the check payable exactly as your association name appears on the statement.
  • Include the account number in the memo field. Your payment coupon shows the correct reference.
  • Use the mailing address printed on your statement if it differs from the general lockbox shown here.
Mail check payments to:
Your Association Name
c/o Utah HOA Management
PO Box 93983
Las Vegas, NV 89193-3983

The lockbox is operated through the association's banking service. That's why the mailing address is in Nevada.

Homeowner questions

Answers without the runaround.

How do I request access to my AppFolio portal?

Open the homeowner portal, select the access or invitation option, and use the email address your association has on file. If you need assistance, email utahoa@utahoa.com with your community name and property address.

Where can I view my balance or payment history?

Sign in to the AppFolio homeowner portal. You can review your account information and available statements there.

Can I submit maintenance requests online?

Homeowners in full-service communities may have maintenance request options through their portal. For accounting-only associations, your HOA board remains responsible for maintenance, rule enforcement, and other community operations.

Where do title companies order documents?

Resale documents and payoff requests can be ordered through CondoCerts. Fees associated with document orders are generally handled as part of the seller's closing process.

Still need assistance?

We're here to help with your account.

For payment history, portal questions, or association records, include your community name and property address so we can locate your account. Never send bank account or card numbers by email.
