Eric and Kristin Zimmer own and operate Utah HOA Management. We serve more than 50 communities across Utah, combining practical association operations with hands-on financial oversight.
Kristin Zimmer
Kristin is a licensed CPA and Utah real estate agent with degrees in Accounting and Finance from Creighton University. She works in the business daily, reviewing association financials and working directly with boards.
Eric Zimmer
Eric holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and brings a background in finance and operations. He oversees the systems that support consistent service and leads the company's continued growth.
